Product Description
The new UNISPEED USFL 24/37 ES 6/18 is a machine that allows for the pre-assembly of DIN 2353 rings and, with the addition of a dedicated steel block, can also be used for 37° flaring operations on rigid hydraulic pipes up to 18 mm in diameter and 2 mm thick. The machine's cylinder is not integrated into the structure (a patent-pending configuration), which allows for greater work space. This, combined with smaller-than-standard tools, allows the Unispeed 24/37 ES 6/18 to process pipes with very short straight sections, for which the distance between the pre-assembly point and the first bend is extremely short (shaped rigid pipes, combined flexible and rigid pipes, very common in the automotive industry). The machine is equipped with an electronic control with a touch-screen display, which allows for the entry of processing parameters and saving recipes. Flaring tools supplied according to UNI ISO 8434-2 and DIN 3949 standards.
